Are refunds offered for monthly subscriptions?

Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not issued after the initial seven (7) days from the subscription start date. Any request for a refund within the first seven (7) days will only be considered for the unused portion of the service, and no refund will be issued for any work that has already been completed or delivered. After the seven-day period has passed, all fees paid for the applicable monthly billing cycle are deemed final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancellation is submitted in accordance with the section below.

Each plan delivers a consistent monthly output of content — videos, static posts, revisions, and the corresponding level of support.

Lite: A streamlined package for small businesses.
Lagom: A balanced, high-value option with more content and support.
Premium: The full-scale solution with maximum output and priority access.

How does the subscription model work?

Send in ideas, tasks, or rough concepts. They don’t need to be polished.

3. Receive your content
Your content is created and delivered within the turnaround time of your plan.

Unlimited requests can be submitted at any time. Work is completed based on the active request limits (1 for Lite, 2 for Lagom, 3–4 for Premium

What services are offered?

What happens on a shoot day?

Shoot days are structured around the content goals for the month. Shot lists, locations, and required assets are agreed upon beforehand. Footage, photos, and other media are captured efficiently to maximize output for the plan.

How are requests prioritized?

Requests are handled in the order they are submitted, based on each plan’s active request limit. Premium requests receive priority handling and faster turnaround, especially for time-sensitive content.

Can the subscription be paused or canceled?

Yes, subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time with no long-term contracts or penalties.

What if the requested content falls outside the plan?

If a request exceeds the scope of a plan — such as long-form video, complex animation, multi-location shoots, or heavy branding work — a custom quote can be provided. The goal is always to find the simplest, most cost-effective solution for your needs.
